Banquet Room

$100 Booking Deposit

 Required at time of booking to reserve date.

No refund if cancelled within 30 days prior to event. 

Balance of Banquet Room Rental

Balance of all fees due must be received 30 days prior to event to guarantee booking.

No refund if cancelled within 15 days prior to event. 

$200 Cleaning/Security Deposit

Required 30 days prior to event. Deposit will be held and refunded only if room is cleaned and restored to condition as it was prior to event.

Deposit may be forfeited by applicant and clean up will be provided by The Ranch staff.

Room Rental per hour for booking between 8am and 5pm.

Room Rental per hour for booking after 5p.m. (4hr min & not to exceed past 12 midnight)

Linen Rental (15 white linen tablecloths)

Additional Chair Rental (20 black folding chairs for additional seating)

Room accommodates seating for 60

Beverage Table w/ Restock Fee per choice of the following: Coffee, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Bottled Water 

Rental Requirements & Restrictions 

Corkage Fee

No outside beverages allowed. Food may be brought in without a corkage fee. 

 

Decorations

No confetti or helium balloons. Regular balloons are permitted but must be secured. 

 

Electronics

Flat screen TV is not for public use unless approved by management. Violation of this restriction may result in loss of full or partial security/cleaning deposit. 

 

Event Insurance

Required for Weddings/Receptions and all events over 100 guests. 

Clean up is required

All trash must be bagged and placed in containers provided. Carpet must be vacuumed and tables wiped off. Trash bags and Vacuum will be provided. 

 

Curfew

Room must be cleaned and all parties out of room by end time stated on rental agreement. 

 

The Ranch is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. 

Renter will be responsible for the cost of repair for any damage resulting from the use of the facility inside and outside the property.
