 Booking Information

Tournament Fees:

Minimum 40 players 

Maximum 100 Players

 

$60 per player 

(if less than 40 players, regular green fee applies with no services will be provided)

30 Days prior to Tourney we will post Tournament flyer & Sign Up Sheet through our email and social media

All sign-ups must be through the pro shop  - online sign-ups unavailable

Sign-Up Deadline

5pm Wednesday prior to tournament date 

Tournament Set Up

pairing, hole assignment, score cards, and scoring 

Tournament Check-in 

Tournament Host will be responsible for check-in and fundraising activity sales.

Tournament Fees collected will be paid to the golf course the day of the tournament

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Tournament Range Fee  $3 per player 

 (practice balls will be provided on range)  

 

Tournament Food & Beverage 

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES PERMITTED

All beverages must be purchased at “The Turn”

Outside catering is permitted or the course can provide the following: 

$10 Per Player

BBQ Burger, Chips & Water

BBQ Burger, Baked Beans

Salad* & Water

*choice of Mixed Green, Macaroni or Potato 

$15 Per Player

Tournament Sponsorships

Signage may be placed at tee locations or around practice greens Manned sponsor holes are no longer permitted on golf course.

Fundraiser Tournament Guidelines 

- Pick a date for your tournament 60 days out or more if possible to guarantee optimal donations and participation

 

- Determine your entry fee.  Consider and include tournament fee, lunch cost, prize cost, and range costs. 

 

- Determine your format for play.  Most fundraiser tournaments are scrambles. This allows golfers of all skill levels to participate on a level playing field and have the most enjoyable experience. 

Scramble Format

All players on team tee off at each hole then advances to the best ball location picking up remaining balls along the way. All players then drop their ball at the best ball location and hit repeating the sequence until ball is in the hole. 

Additional Fundraising Options

Raffle – Acquire donations (items & gift certificates) and sell Raffle tickets to generate extra funds. 

Mulligans – Sell mulligans for $20 per team (4 mulligans per team) 

Mulligans are 4 free shots (do overs) that can be taken by any golfer anytime during 18-hole play. 

Closest to Pin Donated prizes can be put up for closest to pin on any or all 5 par three holes. You can sell the chance to win for $5. 

Hole in One – Hole in one can be included in the Closest to Pin prize.
